The Auberge de la Gare de Grandvaux was renovated in 2008.
The old house dating from 1862 was converted into a unique, original and warm space located in the heart of the Lavaux vineyards, from where a stunning vista of Lake Geneva and the French Alps can be enjoyed.
The auberge de la gare is not just a café-restaurant but also a hotel, with charming, individually furnished and decorated rooms each offering its own unique ambience.
Our chef offers carefully prepared, brasserie style dishes rivalling the very finest cuisine, with the emphasis on fresh local seasonal produce.
Passion, charm and conviviality are the values we hold dear, and you will find them in abundance during your stay with us.
Grandvaux is a charming village set amidst vineyards in the lavaux region between Lausanne and Montreux (unesco world heritage site).
It’s the starting point for many excursions on foot or by public transport. Grandvaux is also where the famous comic book illustrator Hugo Pratt lived, with his hero Corto Maltese. The Caveau des Vignerons bears his name.
